The street piano we’d like to introduce this time is located in café & wine bar Noble One.
This street piano has been installed inside a restaurant.
The owner is a music lover, and it’s also stylish that you can see the piano from the entrance.

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Meguro Station.
The Meguro River is nearby, and the area is famous for its beautiful cherry blossoms in the spring.
The photo was taken in winter, so the cherry blossoms are not in bloom yet…

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday: 8:00 to 22:00, Sunday: 8:00 to 19:00

Piano Type : Digital Grand Piano

The gentle tones of the piano echo through the shop.
If you don’t like large groups, I recommend going in the mornings (both on weekdays and holidays).
I went on a Sunday around 11am and was able to play at a leisurely pace.
There is background music playing in the shop, but the staff will turn it off when the piano is playing.
Performers are grateful for this kind of consideration.

How the piano was installed

As digitalization advances and it becomes easier to listen to high-quality music, we wanted to create a space where people can enjoy the quality of live music and a sense of unity with the performers, in a relaxed atmosphere, along with seasonal food and a great ambiance.

Also, with the spread of social media, including YouTube, Street piano is gaining popularity, and we hope to provide a space where performers can continue to thrive in the post-COVID era.
